QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in e.g. engineering, IT, or food technology
• 5 years of research and development experience in mechanical, electrical, PLS software, software solutions, service, or technology
• Experience leading and managing development projects effectively within a matrix organization
• Knowledge of business administration, supply chain, and financial aspects
• Proficiency with IT tools, including MS Office

Having agile methodology education and team management experience is preferred. Experience using systems such as MS Project, M-CAD, E-CAD, PDM, and Azure DevOps is a plus!
